On Sunday 28 June Lucy and Amy Hodgson (representing Rotherham Schools) and Jill Lee-Liggett (Sheffield schools) - all City of Sheffield AC athletes represented South Yorks Junior Girls in the regional round of the ESAA Combined Events competition (North East Schools).
This was a Pentathlon - 75hurdles, HJ, LJ, Shot and 800m. The team won overall and are now through to the National Finals in Bedford on 20th September.
Also through to the finals as individuals are Adam Khan who finished 3rd in the boys competition and Tom Smeeton who finished 5th.
