City of Sheffield A.C athletes were celebrating staying up after their return to the Premier Division of the British League after an action packed match at Newham.
The mens team finished 3rd overall on the day and after points are all checked, expecting to finish the season in fifth place.
Well done to manager John Wood for getting the team to all the far flung events. What a fantastic performance. No longer a yo-yo team, can now attract athletes of sufficient calibre to stay up in the Premiership.
City of Manchester won the Premier League title for the 3rd time in their history while Cardiff and Enfield and Haringay move down to the first division next season.
