Jessica Ennis finished in 6th place in the pentathlon at the European Indoor Championships in Birmingham on Friday.
 Along the way she won the high jump with an indoor personal best of 1.91m and came second in the 60m hurdles. She also set indoor PBs for the 800m in 2:17.03 and for the pentathlon as a whole with 4716 points.
In the long jump she achieved a season's best jump of 6.19m which would have been a PB had she not taken off from about 30cm behind the board.
