Jessica Sets a new PB at European Indoor Trials and UK Championships |

Jessica Ennis set a new personal best and won the high jump at the European Indoor Trials and UK Championships at the English Institute of Sport in Sheffield this weekend.

On Saturday she set a personal best in the 60m hurdles with a time of 8.18 seconds to finish in third place, ahead of Kelly Sotherton. A jump of 1.87 metres secured her first place in the high jump and in the shot putt she achieved a distance of 12.28m.
On Sunday Jessica won bronze in the long jump with a jump of 6.15m.
